Maintenance & Service

Our relationship with our clients does not end when the installation has been completed. Pierpont Mechanical also operates a highly efficient maintenance and repair division.

Our highly skilled workforce are members of the Steamfitters Local 638B and are required to attend yearly review courses to keep our technicians up to date on the latest technological innovations.

Many of our clients choose to take advantage of our maintenance programs, which provide regularly scheduled maintenance and diagnostic surveys of their HVAC equipment. As part of this service, clients can enjoy the security of Pierpont’s on-call emergency service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
